DSM-Firmenich, as the new entity will be known, will comprise four enterprises, like Perfumery & Beauty, with mixed revenues of €3.3bn, and Wellness, Nourishment & Care, which addresses the nutritional supplements market.
Food & Beverage/Flavor & Over and above and Animal Nourishment & Wellness full the DSM-Firmenich portfolio.
The new enterprise will have twin headquarters in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland and Maastricht in the Netherlands.
